1. DELIVERY
After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your digital product. A download link will be provided on the success page and may also be sent to your email address.
All products sold by PD Studio are digital products delivered exclusively via instant download. We do not ship physical goods.
2. DIGITAL CONTENT — IMMEDIATE DELIVERY AND WAIVER OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (instant-download PDF files, printable and fillable templates, planners, and related digital materials).
Before completing your purchase, you are asked to expressly confirm that:
(a) you request that performance begin immediately, before the end of the standard 14-day withdrawal period; and
(b) you acknowledge that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download of the digital content has begun.
This consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox, separate from any marketing communication preference, before your order is submitted for payment. The date and time of this consent are recorded together with your order.
This exemption is provided for under Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which implements Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, for contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal.
Where this consent has been validly given and recorded, no right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, and accordingly no digital withdrawal function is required or made available for that order, in accordance with Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, implementing Directive (EU) 2023/2673), which governs the digital withdrawal function only in respect of contracts for which a right of withdrawal exists.
If, for any reason, your order is not accompanied by a valid record of this consent, the standard withdrawal rules described in Section 3 below apply instead.
3. STANDARD WITHDRAWAL RIGHT (WHERE APPLICABLE)
If you have not been asked for, or have not given, the consent described in Section 2 above, you may be entitled to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of the order confirmation, without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@prodotti-digitali.net.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund once the files have been downloaded, except where you are exercising a valid right of withdrawal under Section 3 above.
We will, however, consider granting a refund that meets specific internal criteria (e.g., duplicate order) at our reasonable discretion.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal license to use the product for your own personal or business use. This means:
- You may edit, customize, and print the materials for your own use or for your own clients, where applicable to the specific product
- You may use the materials for an unlimited number of your own clients, where applicable
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
- You may not share your download link with anyone else
- You may not claim the materials as your own original work
While our products are designed to help you organize, plan, or professionalize your activities, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or any particular benefit arising from their use.
7. ACCESS AND DOWNLOAD ISSUES

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
