Didn’t download the software. Requested a refund and it was denied.

We’d like to add some context for future customers. INKLY Complete is clearly sold as a downloadable hyperlinked PDF planning system, not as standalone software.
Your support request stated that you had purchased the wrong product. No malfunction, missing content, or discrepancy with the product description was reported. Since the digital product was already fulfilled and available after purchase, the refund request did not meet our digital refund policy.
